I do not get the 13 mile range

Idk if there's a battery problem but I get the same range on low and high plus the controller will tell me I still have 2 bars of battery and then it will die a few hundred yards later I've contacted the company in every way and this review has been the only thing they have emailed me I do get the advertised speed but not range I get about 5 miles of range

It’s a great board!

It’s a great board! I was surprised when I first got on by how reactive the controls are! It makes going to school an adventure!

Love the board, battery life is amazing. Very VERY fast. Would recommend this board over any other option just for speed and maneuverability paired with the extended range (10.ah). You can ride for hours.
