Might be nice if I could get it to go into sync mode.

Purchased and received after a month. Got no email or notification that it had shipped until it had arrived. On the day it arrived I got a text notification from an unknown number / shipping company. My text service though it was a spam message. The remote itself seems to boot up fine but canoot get it to go into sync mode so it seems useless to me. Have tried to contact customer service with no result. None of the methods of contact work.
